How this works
You reach us. Calls are answered by an automated intake assistant that takes your address and what needs clearing; calls are recorded and you are told so at the start.
We pass your details on. Michigan does not license snow removal, but the Woods and the Shores license plow contractors, so ask for that city license there, and for proof of insurance anywhere. If the job turns into roof or gutter repair, that work does need a licensed contractor, and you can check any license yourself at the state license lookup.
Then the terms, in writing. The price, the depth that brings the truck, how many visits, and whether the sidewalk is included. You can say no. Asking costs nothing.
